Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please do leave an email contact so we can keep you informed as to the progress of your order.
We accept the following payment methods:
CREDIT CARDS - Credit/Debit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro
CHEQUES - Made out in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a Bank or Building Society with an address within the United Kingdom - Cheques have to cleared at our bank and will therefore take more time to process and dispatch
POSTAL ORDERS - Made out in Pounds Sterling
All transactions should be made payable to 'Studio Arts'.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post. Backordered items are not charged until they are posted. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect both parties in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under/over-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Post and Packing UK only
A standard charge of £3.00 will be made to cover Postage & Packing on all purchases on orders up to £14.99 or £4.50 will be made on orders between £15.00 and £45.00
If an expensive item is only small we will manually reduce the postage to small package rate of £3.00
Postage & Packing is FREE on all orders totalling £45.00 or more!
Order Online and Collect from the Lancaster Shop with no postage charge, please amend your final order page to say you will collect from shop and no postage charge will be taken |
Delivery Schedule
STANDARD DELIVERY is by Royal Mail Parcel Force, small parcels by the Post Office or first class post if size and weight of package permits. Please allow up to 14 working days for Parcel Force delivery, although this will normally take only 4/5 working days.
We try to use recylcled packaging to keep costs down for you and the environment better for our childrens future.
If you have not received your order or despatch confirmation within a reasonable timescale, as indicated above, please telephone or email us to check on progress.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Goods returned through customer error or as unwanted may be subject to a 15% handling charge unless previously agreed.
Goods may be returned within 14 days from receipt by customer. Customer will be responsible for paying any delivery charges if goods supplied are not faulty or have been ordered in error. In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty or the wrong goods have been supplied in error, a full refund for the price of the goods will be made together with the cost of returning them. Please note that we are unable to offer any refund until the goods have been returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
